How long does it take to get an appointment?
For an oil change or general maintenance we are currently booking around 3-5 days out.
We do our best to book appointments that fit in around your schedule for drop off and collection.
How long will you need my car for?
We request your Porsche is dropped off for 9am on the day of your appointment (or the afternoon before if that’s more convenient for you – vehicles are kept inside overnight).
Your Porsche should be ready to collect by the end of the day, unless we have advised you we will need it for longer at the time of booking, or if any additional work is authorized.
We will keep you regularly updated.
Can I get a loaner?
We do not offer loaner cars or currently have the option for clients to wait.
We do however have an arrangement with our local Hertz for $35/day rental or we can arrange an Uber for you.
Can you work on my new Porsche?
Yes. We follow Porsche guidelines and schedules, ensuring your warranty is not affected by using a service provider outside of the Porsche dealership network.
Our team will also photograph and advise you on any repairs that should be covered under Porsche warranty – a particularly useful service when you are getting near to the end of your cover period.
